Three legs, a soft body, and a neck curled so far over that the bulb now faces his own chest.

He is not lighting the room. He is lighting the part of himself he can still see. Whatever reaches you is spill — enough to read by, not enough to feel invited.

The bend isn't dramatic. There's no strain in it, no visible moment where it gave. It's the shape of a posture held so long it stopped being a posture and became the build. Somewhere in there the job stopped being about the room and started being about getting through the job, and the form recorded that without once complaining.

Three legs is enough to stand on and one short of anything you'd call stable. He manages. He has been managing.

He is still on. He has been on the whole time. Nobody has asked him to stop and he would not know what to do if they did.

Designed digitally in Blender and fabricated through large-format resin 3D printing across the studio's printer fleet, with cast resin sections and epoxy clay, hand-assembled, hand-painted and finished in high-gloss.
